COVID-19 STATEMENT
Following Government advice, The Pixie Retreat will be reopening on Saturday 1st August 2020.
I have missed you all and look forward to seeing you again very soon. There will be a number of extra measures in place to ensure your safety. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns.
What I will be doing:

I have been fully trained in Covid-19 health and safety measures.

I have increased the time between appointments to allow for regular cleaning of the treatment room.

I am required to wear a face covering during your treatment.

I will wash my hands and forearms thoroughly before and after every treatment.

The massage equipment will be sterilised before every treatment.

All disposable items will be safely removed from the treatment area between clients.

I will not be offering mobile services at present. Appointments will need to be at The Pixie Retreat.

If I experience any symptoms of Covid-19, I will have to close until I have been asymptomatic for 7 days.

If I am exposed to Covid-19, I will be required to self quarantine for a minimum of 14 days.
What I ask from my clients:

Please be aware that additional questions will be asked at the time of booking and during the consultation.

Please do not arrive early for your appointment, to avoid coming in to contact with other clients.

You will be asked to wash your hands when you arrive. Hot water, soap and hand sanitiser will be available.

Please wear a face mask that covers your face and nose. You will need to wear this during your treatment.

Please bring minimal belongings to your appointment. You may bring a blanket for your own comfort.

Your treatment will need to be paid for in advance. You can do this via bank transfer or online booking.

New clients will be required to complete an online consultation form. This can also be done via telephone.

Please inform me as soon as possible if you may have been exposed to Covid-19.
Please do not book an appointment if:

You have experienced any symptoms of Covid-19 in the last 7 days.

You have been in contact with anyone who you suspect to have Covid-19 in the last 14 days or are awaiting test results
Cancellations (associated with Covid-19)
If you need to cancel your appointment for reasons associated with Covid-19 then I will either:
1. Re-schedule your appointment (you will need to be clear of symptoms for a minimum of 7 days).
2. Provide you with gift vouchers to the value of your treatment.
I will continue to follow advice from the Government and NHS regarding safe working practices and amend them as necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
