When Cancelling Massage Therapies Please Give At Least 48 hours Cancellation Notice
At The Pixie Retreat we understand that unforeseen events happen in everyone's life, and appointments may need to be cancelled or rearranged
You can cancel your appointment free of charge if at least 48 hours notice is given.

You can be charged the full price of the treatment if you cancel within 48 hours, unless I am able to fill your appointment.
You will be charged the full price of the treatment if you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment may be shortened in order to keep on schedule.
