Improve Your Sleep Quality

A good quality sleep is vital for both our mental and physical health. Not only does insufficient sleep impair overall mental stability, focus and concentration but scientific studies have also found a prolonged occurrence of poor sleep to be associated with numerous chronic illnesses, including heart disease, diabetes and depression.

To promote sleep specifically, I recommend Swedish massage. This form of massage therapy can be gentle and with it's long flowing strokes, gentle stretching and kneading techniques, it's known for its relaxation benefits, I'd recommend the 90 minute treatment and to incorporate scalp and facial massage into the treatment as these are beneficial for stress and tension relief, and leave the recipient with a feeling of total relaxation. Many clients feed back that they've "slept like a baby" after this treatment 😴
