Drink a glass of water first thing in the morning. Coffee is great too but it's best to start your day by rehydrating with a full glass of water Hydrating first thing in t he morning helps to aid digestion, enhance skin health and boost energy.

If you're one of my clients, friends or colleagues, you'll know that Im always banging the drum for drinking plenty of water as well as regular exercise, massage therapies and meditation.

Many people put their minds and bodies under intolerable and unecessary stress and become sick simply because they do not drink enough water. Unintentional dehydration leads to illness and painful, degenerative diseases that can be prevented and treated by drinking plenty of water.

It also really benefits your massage if you're well hydrated when you attend your appointment
